We would like to assure you that your confidentiality will be maintained in all dealings with our company and we would under no circumstances disclose any information to a third party. We will not attempt to make any further contact with a customer when a sale or enquiry has been made unless specifically requested to do so by the customer If you have any special delivery requirements, please discuss this when placing the order.
The ranges quoted for our transmitters are approximate and were achieved on flat terrain in direct line of sight of the transmitter. Unlike many companies we have not exaggerated the quoted range or increased it by climbing a mountain to achieve unrealistic transmission distances. For this reason we do not guarantee a certain transmitter will always transmit the same distance as quoted as many factors can affect the transmission range such as structures, climatic and geographical conditions, battery condition, location of transmitter and the type of receiver used.
Due to the nature of the equipment we sell the goods sold by Eyetek Surveillance are not sold on a trail or return basis. Although we will give as much advice as possible we cannot be held responsible for the suitability of a products use in a particular situation either known or unknown. However, we understand that a customer may purchase a product in error that is unsuitable for a particular use and we will at our discretion allow a part-exchange to be made for a more suitable product from our range.
Specifications are subject to change as we are continually improving our product range. Eyetek reserves the right to substitute products that are out of stock or discontinued with products of a similar nature.
Cancellation of orders will not be accepted once processed.
Eye Tek guarantee at its discretion to refund, replace, or repair, free of charge, within 12 months of invoice date. any goods proven to be faulty by design or workmanship, provided that the goods have not been misused, modified, or attempted to be repaired by anyone other than the manufacturer and provided that the goods have been stored, operated and maintained within the manufacturers specified conditions.
Any damaged goods received by the buyer must be reported to the seller within 2 days of receiving them. returns must be authorised by us and a return number issued under no circumstances will returns be accepted unless so authorized.
Quotations are valid for the period stated and represent no obligation until the seller accepts the buyers order and are subject to the goods being available at the time requested.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of placing an order. a full refund will be given if the goods have not yet been shipped.
If you are not satisfied with your product once received, it may be returned to us with original packaging and and in original unused condition within 7 days of delivery date for a full product refund or replacement. All returns for refund must be accompanied with a copy of original invoice and a copy of the credit card slip The refund relates to price of goods only and excludes carriage, the customer is responsible for all carriage charges. These regulations do not cover none standard products or those made to your specifications. These regulations apply to UK customers only.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date we receive the product in its original condition.
On occasions for fraud prevention and debt recovery purposes we will use the services of a credit reference agency if you do not consent to this please inform us at the time of placing the order
Although it is not an offence to manufacture or possess a transmitter in the UK. Most of the transmitters featured on this site are not .approved and the use of them would be an offence. These devices are sold for export and use outside of the EC only. The telephone equipment featured in this catalogue is not approved by British Telecom.
