Our software will run on Windows or Mac operating systems; here are the exact requirements that you will need to run the recovery software • Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 & Windows 10 • Mac OS v10.7 to 10.12.4 Whether you are recovering from an iTunes backup file or directly from your iOS device, please make sure you have the latest version of iTunes on your computer. If you are recovering directly from your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch, make sure you have a USB cable on hand to connect your device to your PC or Mac. If you are recovering directly from an iOS device, please make sure that it has not been restored to factory settings as our recovery software will not be able to recover from devices that have been restored. If you are using the recovery for Windows, please make sure you have .NET 3.5 or higher on your PC.
